ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

Who can enter:

Prize Draw open to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents at the time of entry and of closing of the Prize Draw aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the prize.

Opening/closing date & time:

· Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Friday 3 February 2023.

· Prize Draw closes for entries online at 4.00pm on Friday 24 February 2023.

Winner selection & contact:

· The draw will take place within one (1) week of the closing date and time for all entries.

· Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

How to enter & cost of entry:

· You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

Prize:

There is one (1) prize of a two-night break for the winner and up one (1) companion in Southampton. The prize includes accommodation at the White Star Tavern (Southampton, Hampshire, SO14 3DJ) (“Hotel”) based on two (2) people sharing a comfy cabin, breakfast on both days, a two-course dinner (excluding alcohol) during each evening in the Hotel’s restaurant, up to a combined value of £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds) and a travel allowance of £100 (one hundred pounds) per person, made payable by BACS in the name of the entrant.

Please note that if the dinner orders are worth more than £150, the winner will be responsible to cover any and all additional costs.

The winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes.

The prize must be booked and taken up between 1 March 2023 and 31 December 2024. There are no blackout dates however the prize is subject to availability. If the prize is not taken-up by 31 December 2024, the prize will be deemed forfeited and no alternative prize will be provided.

Where the winner’s companion is aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation.

The prize excludes transport to and from the Hotel, meals and drinks and personal expenses (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire and travel insurance.
