Mortgage rejected due to bank holidays on Xero payslip

Hi
My new mortgage application has just been rejected because my Xero payslips split out the bank holidays from the rest of the pay and as a result they are not willing to lend against my full salary! Has anyone else had this issue or know how to export Xero payslips so that they don't break out the bank holidays?

    Cant your employer sort it? 
    Will the lender accept a letter from the employer to confirm your income?
