Hi, Will a mortgage company take into consideration a possible inheritance if a parent has arranged to leave money in a will but they are fit as a fiddle right now.

No lender will consider an unknown quantity of money which may or may be received, at some unknown point in the future, as long as the will isn't changed.

Thank you, I didn't think so. It has been put in as a proposal to mediation as a reason to keep the house in a settlement but didn't think it would stand.MorningcoffeeIV said:No lender will consider an unknown quantity of money which may or may be received, at some unknown point in the future, as long as the will isn't changed.0
