Functions I use the most:
Subtotal (or sum for more basic) plus SumIfs
XLookup (or vlookup for the older version)
If
IfError
Formulas are really only one tool and I would spend at least as much time looking at PivotTables and conditional formatting

I was recently interested in aspects of team leading (not so much management) and found that various colleges offer an Ofqual qualification for not a lot (I actually got it for free ultimately) - Fundamentals of Team leading Level 2.
It's only level 2 but you can build up on it and a lot of colleges offer it for nothing or next to nothing so might be worth a look at.
I've already referenced it at a recent interview and it has been taken seriously with regard to a team lead position.1 -
For anyone working in the NHS, there is a free online course on Health Education England's ELFH website (should be on ESR too) specifically for people who have some project management experience but no qualifications in it.0
