• By entering the prize draw each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
• The promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the Promotion
• The promotion open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over.
• One entry per person. 
• Only one entry per household
• Closing date 05/02/2023
• A winner will be drawn at random from all entries and notified by 27/02/2023
• You are giving us permission to contact you regarding the outcome of this prize draw.
• If we cannot contact the winner by phone or email within 30 days of our first attempt, we will offer the prize to another entrant.
• The prize is the Just You Treasures of Andalucia tour for one person departing 05/10/2023. Includes return flights from London, 7 nights in a 4-star hotel, 7 breakfasts and 7 dinners, Just You Holiday Director and Specialist Local Guide, overseas transfers and porterage.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation. In the event for any reason the prize winners do not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the winners and neither cash nor any other form of compensation will be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
• The winners agree to take part in reasonable post event publicity and to the use of their names and photographs in such publicity. 
• If you accept the prize, you agree to keep a short travel diary (including pictures) and provide us with feedback about your trip that we can use in marketing material.
• If you cancel the holiday, there will be no refund for the value of the travel credit. If for any reason a Prize is not available, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute another Prize for it, in its sole discretion, of equal or higher value. 
• If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, or invalidate any affected entries. Just You does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize.
• The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
• This competition is run by Just You, part of G Touring Ltd and we have the right to amend or cancel the competition at any time at our discretion.

• If a winning entry from a draw is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of the Prize will be randomly selected.
• By entering this Promotion, you give the Promoter and its agencies your consent to process your personal data for the purpose of conducting this promotion only. The Promoter may disclose winners’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this promotion, fulfilling the prize or communicating with entrants. Any personal data the Promoter or its agencies obtains, shall only be kept during the Promotion Period and for a period of three months following the end of the Promotion, following this time it shall be deleted or destroyed.
• The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
