Electoral role issue

Hi, I have tried to find the answer myself, but with no luck - but I'm sure someone will know. My other half and I are currently saving for a deposit for a house, and then going to look for a mortgage. So, in readiness, I looked at 'Check my file' and found that none of the credit agencies have me on the electoral role - despite having lived in this house since March 2020, and definitely being able to vote since that time. The only link I could find was to register myself to vote on Gov.uk, but I did this when I moved in. I'm registered to pay council tax, and get the letters for my postal vote when necessary, so I don't know what to do! Apparently this can adversely affect your credit rating when applying for a mortgage, so I would like to sort it out if anyone can point me in the right direction? Thank you for any help or advice.

Ring your district councils electoral team and ask them.
We came off for one year because they send an annual letter to confirm all registered occupants and the postman put it in next doors mailbox. The new tenants promptly updated the names and returned to the council without reading the address.1
