Klarna cashback refunds due from MADE.COM

I have purchased 4 chairs totalling £949.00 with a three payment instalment. I have made two payments of £316.33 = 632.66 paid. As the company went into administration and the chairs were in production, I did not get the items delivered. So I have been fighting with Klarna to give me back my refund since October 2023. The order was first placed 5th Sept 2022. I paid with a debit card. I wonder if anyone has any suggestions? it's been 4 months and they are saying they cannot refund me until Made.com refunds (the administrators) is anyone going through the same? any advice welcomed.

Made.com are unlikely to be refunding anyone! So the question is whether Klarna are liable to refund you, in the same way as if you had paid with your own credit card. Klarna certainly suggest that you are covered, I would put in a complaint to them.
