Mrs earns 30k - regular salary
I earn circa 21k base and around 24k commission per annum (total 45k)
I’ve read NatWest are a good lender and take into account 100% of commission earnings any other suggestions?
what sort of multiplier do these lenders offer (NatWest seems just above 4)
will be seeing my broker soon but wanted to do some initial research
thanks in advance

Ignore multiples and use lender affordability calculators.
