Have been trying to get my pension for 4 months. Phoenix keep using delaying tactics. I am ill and need my pension to retire. Don't know what to do. Can anybody help me please?

However, you haven't told us anything about your problems. Phoenix do not use delaying tactics. That tells us nothing about your issue. Give us some factual information about what you consider the problem to be?
