whilst applying to borrow £35k should I say I pay the full mortgage or should I tell a little lie and say I pay a percentage with my partner?

I’m sure the regulars will be along shortly with excellent advice, but why on earth are you consider lying ?

You’ve made a few random posts over the past few months and I would urge you to consider taking advice on any plans you may have, before you attempt to borrow such a large amount.

tell the truth, as they can see your account via open banking that is now quite common, if they have any doubt then questions will be asked

People tend to ask questions about application fraud with no intention of ever doing it..........

Seriously though, application fraud is not the CIFAS marker you are looking for.
