Hi Forumites, I've got a puzzler going on here.
I live in England (since birth...) but now work for NHS Scotland. My salary is about to tip over into the Scottish 41% higher tax threshold, but since I live in England am I taxed at the England rates or the Scottish rates?
Thanks in advance.

If yo use English resident then you pay rest of the UK tax rates i.e. not Scottish (or Welsh).
Presumably your tax code doesn't have an S at the front?1 -
There are experts out there on this but I would assume it depends on the tax office your employer is registered with.
Kind Regards,

"You pay Scottish Income Tax if you live in Scotland. It’s paid to the Scottish Government."
