Just tried to submit my payment for NIC Class 2 and Class 4 payments as a direct debit on the online site it says must put date as 3rd Feb 2023 even though it's 28th Jan. Would this mean i get fined, is there a quicker way to pay?

There would be no fine - no idea where you get this information. You would be.charged 3 days interest at 6% per annum. Just over 1.5 pence per day for every £100 owed.I provided you with the link to all the methods of payment only last evening.1
