ESET Gaming PC Giveaway” International Sweepstakes

The “ESET Gaming PC Giveaway” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is Worldwide (International) but only intended for legal residents of countries that are deemed legal to participate. This Giveaway shall only be administered and assessed according to applicable State and U.S. law as this is the location of the sponsor (Overkill Computers). Forgo entering this Sweepstakes if you are not located in a country that does not allow giveaways or sweepstakes, or are otherwise ineligible to enter in accordance with these Official Rules at the time of entry. This sweepstakes is Void where restricted or prohibited by law.

HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes begins at 2023-01-01 11:00:00 AM and ends at 2023-01-31 11:59:59 PM  (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Administrators database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. You (Entrants) may enter in one of THREE (3) ways, described as the following:

• Non-U.S. citizen: when the prize is awarded to a non-citizen, there is a Five step process that must be followed. 1. The “WINNER’S AFFIDAVIT OF ELIGIBILITY AND LIABILITY/PUBLICITY RELEASE" Must be signed. 2. The IRS Form W-8BEN is filed by the Foreign national prize winner to report the amount received and the 30% withholding in the prize Value. 3.Overkill will Collect the 30% of the prize Value to be withheld for taxes. 4. Overkill must fill out the IRS Form 1042, reporting U.S. Source of Income by Foreign Persons. 5. Overkill will collect the shipping and insurance fees associated and then process shipping.

• Shipping: Please Note, that Overkill Computers will not be responsible for customs or shipping fees, or insurance related to the Prize. Winner assumes the fees associated.
