EDF Energy - How to register Power of Attorney
Hello,
Does anyone know how to register Power of Attorney with EDF Energy? I have been all over their website and there is nothing about Power of Attorney. I am trying to make an amendment to the account I am responsible but they won't talk to me until I am registered. The ChatBots don't understand what I am asking and there is no 'hooman' to ask.

Can you not just phone EDF and ask them, it doesn't need to be a conversation about the specific account that they won't discuss with you? I'd imagine you need to send a copy of the PoA document to them.0
