I did a switch to Santander in 12/11/2021 and received £130.

However, the switch on November 2021, £130 is not stated here:

Yes, I received this offer in November 2021, it was 2 years ago, and had close my account with Santander.

Do I still eligible for £200 switch bonus at the end of Jan 2023?

That is very bad.
Usually others bank does mention "if you received the offer before XXXX, you will not be eligible".

But Santander have unlimited time

It's a new condition. They previously also had a time limit. I assume they've decided to prevent serial switchers (like me), from just opening an account, waiting for the switch incentive and then moving on ASAP.

and their incentive keep increasing, £130 to £150, £175, £200 now
