Can I release money at remortgage after fixed term ends?
If my fixed term ends in May 23 and have 100k mortgage with house value at 300k. Can I release 50k in May 23 and remortgage with 150k loan instead of 100k with the same lender if not another lender?

Yes if you meet the affordability.. It's remortgaging with additional borrowing. They will want to know what the money is being used for though.NOVAMET21 said:Hi
