Good morning. I am still having issues with Together Finance. Can anyone tell me what the monthly repayments should be on £45.300 loan at a variable rate currently 9.47. ? Thank you. julie

On a 25 yr repayment mortgage it would be 394.84. On a 20 yr mortgage it would be 421.37.

Sadly not. They want to charge me an early exit if I change to a fixed rate plus a fee to arrange it. They are a terrible company to deal with. I suspect they are incorrectly charging me as each month it alters.0
