Anybody else had an issue with Swagbucks, as recommended/affiliated in the mail a few weeks back?

#EDIT - just noticed there are other swagbucks posts in this forum (hadn't realized forum-search defaulted to older/popular posts - and missed the recent couple of threads)
Special offer was that if you answered 1000points/£10 worth of survey questions, they'd give you a 2000point/£20 bonus.
I slogged through an awful lot of surveys, hit the 1000 points and got the bonus and requested the vouchers.
Got emailed confirmation they were going to be paid.
Today I wondered where they were and tried to login to check - and I couldn't log in any more.
Tried signing in as a new user - and that seemed to work (so not an issue with their site/my connection).
Raised a ticket about not being able to login and just got this response:
No email that my account had been closed, no message when I try to login, no reason given when I asked - and I'm still getting emails from them asking me to login and earn myself more points.
Can't even guess what I could have done wrong - answered honestly and manually (app on phone, browser on PC, all from home so same even same IP).
I'd just assumed it was a scam and they never paid out - but seemingly they've been going for years.
Missing £30 is an annoyance - but I'm mainly pissy about the hours I wasted.
I'd be happy to hear if anybody did get the payout (and if people didn't and you're still answering - maybe not to bother wasting your time).
