Please could someone advise.

Happy New Year. I started comping again early November after a long break and I received a WEM on 10th Jan at 9.45am advising that I'd won an annual membership to a local attraction and could I reply by the end of the day to confirm my acceptance so they could pass my details on. I picked the email up at 5.28pm after work and replied to say thank you, yes please do pass my details on. I didn't hear anything from anyone so I sent another email on 17th asking if they'd managed to pass my details on and I haven't had a reply. Should I be concerned or am I being too hasty expecting a reply?

An  acknowledgement would have been polite but not a requirement, unless they stated otherwise prizes should be supplied within 30 days - doesn't seem unreasonable to ask for confirmation of receipt given the timescale they wanted a reply

I think that's why I'm slightly concerned in case I hadn't replied in time and missed it.  I checked the T&Cs and it didn't stipulate a response time or a delivery time. Hopefully I'll hear something soon.
