ESW1 Form Mentioned in Mortgage Offer - But No Cladding on Building

Hi all,
I'm a first time buyer, buying a flat in a four storey block with brick render. Within the mortgage offer, Halifax state they need an ESW1 Form - but the building doesn't have one, as there's no cladding. If my buyers survey confirm there's no cladding, and the management company of the block confirm there's no cladding, will that be enough to ensure the mortgage offer still stands? Thanks in advance for any info!
