Santander left me to go onto a followon rate- HELP needed!

Last year I talked to a mortgage advisor from Santander. I asked to move my mortgage to a 5yr fixed and release 10k for imporvs.

I Signed all the documents online. Checked my statements only to find they havnt moved my mortgage onto the new low rate.

Instead I'm on follow on rate, which they know I cannot afford yet they release 10k..
If nothing has been signed for then how do I have did 10K go into my bank!

The adviser didn't offer to escalate this and said i hadn't signed digital docs WHEN I DID!
I recieved no call or letter warning me that my interest rate was going to go up.
They didnt even call me to say that I had not signed for the second part of the mortgage.

I need answers... Complaint ref 11296517

If anyone reading this has had this happen, please could you reach out to me?
The fanancial Onbudsmen have closed the case in Santanders favour.

Everything was done online with no evidence or record to prove that I did or didnt sign.

Thanks for reading this.

Did you need to sign 2 lots of docs? One for the further advance and one for the product switch?
If you have a complain reference, it has been escalated. Let them investigate it and get back to you.

This is a two parted transaction that would generate two lots of documents.

one would be for the further advance and the other would be for the product transfer.

If you have received the further advance then its likely you completed to the documents for the further advance.   Did you receive and complete the documents for the product transfer?

Everything was done online with no evidence or record to prove that I did or didnt sign. There would be evidence as you would have the key features document showing the terms you have agreed to.

I'd suggest removing that complaint ref, it's not required here and could be identifiable info
