    The article referenced above (dated today) states, when suggesting that TSB customers might consider switching to another bank:

    There's only one bank currently offering a cash switching incentive: 

    Why no mention of the Lloyds Bank switch offer (even if it's qualified as being a packaged account)?

     Why is it not mentioned in the Best Bank Accounts section?
