Roofer recommendations

Hi, could anyone recommend a reliable roofer to point some ridge tiles, replace a few rosemary tiles and fill in a small hole. Had a quote which was seems really expensive. Cheers

Would be interested in this too.
Found it very hard in the past to get people to come out and quote a job (even when a date and time was agreed), let alone do the work.

Same as snowmen - been waiting 4 weeks for a quote from one who was very reliable in the past!  He came out same day to measure up, but nothing.

Certainly won't be recommending him again (I had in the past).

I have a guy who had done work for me before but his quote was astronomical. Got another guy from rated people, similar price, then another guy from a local magazine who I'm still waiting a price from

The way some tradesmen get on I wonder if they even want the work.
