Chase Bank chargeback Made.com

Hi all, I ordered a table from Made.com but never received it because they went bust. I submitted a chargeback request to Chase Bank, provided the evidence they requested, and they initiated a dispute on 17 November.

I was told to wait until 2 January for the merchant to challenge the dispute, which they never did. I have not received a refund from Made.com

Since 3 January I been contacting Chase to find out the status of the dispute and chargeback but I have heard nothing from them. It's quite a large amount of money for me.

What are my options now? Do you have any advice please?

  • Forgot to clarify, the purchase was on my MasterCard Debit card so section 75 doesn't apply (lesson learned for me!)
