Is that reverting to SVR or another fixed?
what is the rate and amount owed on the mortgage? The monthly payment means nothing otherwise.
Any plans to move? Have children? You have given no info for anyone to help you.

    How much is owing?
How long do you have left on mortgage?
What rates are available from current lender?
When can you switch with no ERC?

Consult an independent broker and consider existing lender retention or "product switch" options and remortgage options. That's a new mortgage with a new lender.

  • I would certainly consult with a broker now to explore your options. If you end up moving to a lender, you will want to give yourself enough time for this process which can take anything from 6 weeks upwards. Even if NatWest offer you a deal, sometimes brokers have better deals with the same lender.
