Hopefully you'll complete and own a house or flat.1

Your solicitor is sent the funds and gets them together with all the other funds if they haven't already got them to complete the sale0

You start paying interest from the day drawn down (usually the day before completion).Solicitor sends the money to your sellers solicitor then you get the keys.0
