Growth & inflation calculation for forecasting

I couldn't find any that worked for us. Everyone will be different. My spreadsheet is quite complex, with separate variables for interest, inflation and investment returns which I can vary by year. I also calculate tax on our gross income so I can see the realistic net income. But I am a spreadsheet nerd which probably helps.
