Working in child mental health field

I’ve an education background but have become exhausted by life and pressures of the classroom - I’ve see edu MH practitioner trainee roles but wondered where roles support children MH are advertised or if anyone currently works in this field, any advice or posts talking about your job. Thanks.

all I know is that CAMHS (Child and Adult Mental Health Services) are creaking badly, with very long waits for referrals etc. So it may not be that much less pressured than teaching - although I don't know for sure!
