My fixed deal runs out in July 2023.
Can I get a quote now from a broker that's is valid for 6 months and then get another quote in June time and compare and then choose which one make sense?

Yes. Indeed you can keep applying for mortgage deals as better rates become available. Talk to your broker.1

You can not get a quote from a broker that will last 6 months. Quotes are only valid for a day
You can submit a full mortgage application that will secure a rate and once the offer is issued it will be valid for up to 6 months
