Need some work advice

I work in the civil service, in a casework role. I been in this role for a couple of years. I have looked back at old cases and I know I made mistakes. The trouble is I like case work but my targets are so high that I have to work fast. I made a decision on a case recently and there was a mistake but it was signed off by two managers.

So you're human! Everyone makes mistakes, especially when under too much pressure.Roadtonowhere100121 said:I work in the civil service, in a casework role. I been in this role for a couple of years. What advice are you looking for? Surely if you know you've made a mistake, the sooner you highlight it the better - it would be deeply unfair if the individuals concerned were penalised because you and two managers didn't have time to check properly.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0
