I have an account with Raffall who have decided to restrict my account for no reason that they will tell me.
I have tickets for Raffalls pending and am in credit. They will not reply to me. Are they able to do this - is there someone for me to get my credit back?

This isn't a site I personally use but...
How have you tried contacting them? and how long ago?
Have you checked the terms to see if you broke any of their rules? https://raffall.com/terms
They have a help box on their website, contact form, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
I would first try their chat box or emailing, leaving it a couple of weeks.
If not luck then try messaging them via Social media, usually privately on Facebook first but if no luck privately on Twitter, as they can't remove that comment and it is public, so more likely to respond.
Failing that, you could contact the owner & founder, they are on LinkedIn - you can find his name listed on the gov website, under the business and the people tab.

Otherwise you may find more connections on the CEO email website.
