First Direct to HSBC Tracker Mortgage

Hi,
I am remortgaging to HSBC. I have two fixed accounts with ERC to 30th June, one fixed ERC to 16th July, and one tracker no ERC.
Can I tell optima legal to complete the remortgage on the next available day after 1st July 2023 (Saturday) and pay the ERC on the 16th July account, which will be £290.
It seems to say online either pay the ERC or not. But I want to pay it on one of the four accounts only.

This ought to be fine. You need to give the conveyancer clear instructions. Is “it” your conveyancer? Perhaps get someone on the phone and talk to them about this.0
