Anyone asked for a extension with Kent reliance?

Can’t find anything recent in here.

has anyone asked for a mortgage extension with Kent reliance and it’s been approved? If so how long was it for?

Hi, we have asked for 4 weeks and they said no. We would have to go a whole new application at new rates! Sooo we’re waiting the house builder to say if they are happy to exchange once the house is ready. They have 4 weeks to finish it or the whole thing falls through. We’re ending second fix in 2 weeks so it’s close. 

We still haven’t exchanged because of so many admin errors and delays by Kent.

Nope, just said we can’t have an extension and would need a new application

What was your reason for an extension? Did you have to complete a form to say no circumstance have changed etc?
