  • Hi, sorry me again

I have another question regarding these debts.  I see from the previous messages that the debts will not be on my credit record 6 years after the default date.

How does this affect a house move?  I have no plans to move at the moment, but would eventually like to.  I was thinking that I likely cant move until all of the debts are paid off, but if the last default will drop off in Jan 2026 then should I technically be ok to apply for a new mortgage, or port my mortgage over after this date?

While they wont show on my credit report, is there not some way a lender will know?

Once the record has been deleted from your file, its gone forever basically, however if you are asked what debts do you have, you should declare them.
