Has anyone recently won on any of the draws and not received their payment? I've won a couple of times over the past few years and received payment within a few days.
This time, I won £20 in the main draw in the middle of November but haven't received it. I've emailed them a couple of times, but had no response.

Won a couple of times a while ago and when I got no response to emails on the last  win I contacted them via their Facebook page and got a reply/payout  soon after

I didn't know about this website, I use a similar one. 

The one I use was told they had to change their name as people thought they were connected to Postcode Lottery, so I'm surprised there is a Free National Lotto website allowed under that name.
It looks like they changed their trading name in Nov 2019 as they were called Lotto media LTD, now under the name Cognigaming LTD.
There accounts are overdue and their last accounts made up to 31 March 2021
So I'm not sure if that is an indication of money issues or just bad filing.
I checked their business on the Gov website: CogniGaming Ltd. Registered in England No. 10649820

Thankyou. I don't have Facebook or Twitter so can't contact them that way. I've filled in the contact form on the website and emailed them directly multiple times and still haven't received anything 🙄

Still not heard anything. Been 3 months since I won. Think I can forget about my prize now 🙁
