HSBC Mortgage - credit card balances changed since application

Hope you can help with this
Have a house purchase due to complete soon, contracts have been exchanged just waiting for completion day, is just around the corner.
Just worried about something - I used one of my credit cards for a large purchase which was paid back immediately but my credit file still shows it as having a rather high outstanding balance - such that it would affect my affordability / max lend with HSBC.
Does anyone know if HSBC perform a follow up credit check upon drawdown of the mortgage funds? And if this is likely to mess things up?
I can of course send them a screenshot of the card in question showing the balance has been repaid but would rather not have to.
If anyone has any experience / knowledge in this field with respect to HSBC I'd greatly appreciate it

They will likely perform a credit check but if it's been paid off in full there's nothing to worry about0

You say that but my credit files don't show its been paid off, hence my post.penners324 said:They will likely perform a credit check but if it's been paid off in full there's nothing to worry about0 -
FYI completion was 1st Feb, no follow up credit search done, higher credit card balance didn't impact mortgage drawdown, all good, enjoying our lovely home
