Hi
In our share of freehold setup, and upon remortgaging to a new product, the solicitor for the lender has issued us a Leasehold Information Sheet, which asks questions about details of the freeholder etc.
Do we simply put ourselves + the other "freeholder", or the details of the Limited Company?

If the owner of the freehold is a limited company, you enter the limited company details. If two individuals own the freehold, you enter the names of the individuals.I am a mortgage broker. You enter the details of the freeholder... the fact you mention a LTD would almost certainly mean that they are the freeholder. They may ask for further information of the LTD in terms of directors and/or shareholders... if they ask that then thats where your name and the other party's name comes in... though they could self serve and get this info from Companies House.proformance said:Hi
