Leasehold Information Sheet - Share of FH

Hi

In our share of freehold setup, and upon remortgaging to a new product, the solicitor for the lender has issued us a Leasehold Information Sheet, which asks questions about details of the freeholder etc.

Do we simply put ourselves + the other "freeholder", or the details of the Limited Company?

Many thanks

If the owner of the freehold is a limited company, you enter the limited company details. If two individuals own the freehold, you enter the names of the individuals.

You enter the details of the freeholder... the fact you mention a LTD would almost certainly mean that they are the freeholder. They may ask for further information of the LTD in terms of directors and/or shareholders... if they ask that then thats where your name and the other party's name comes in... though they could self serve and get this info from Companies House.
