Boiling Water Heating Tube 220V 600W, Coffee Warmer Small Stick Fast Heat Hot Immersion Electric Heater for Heating Tea, Water, Cocoa Camping Outdoor : Amazon.co.uk: Home & Kitchen saw this and wondered how safe is this to use, although it is not for the UK as it's a 2-pin plug. Is there anything on the UK market that I can find? I am out all day visiting clients and use public transport, so I need hot drinks/pot noodles to keep me going for the day. I've seen a portable kettle, but it isn't ideal as I'll have my work trolley to carry. WAHMONNY Travel Kettle Electric Small Stainless Steel in Automatic Shut off,Mini Portable Electric Kettle for Boiling Water Tea,Water Boiler One Cup Hot Water Maker Travel Kettle, 450ml (White) : Amazon.co.uk: Home & Kitchen although, sometimes, I don't have a socket to always plug it in if I don't have a booked room that I can use.
Atm, I use my flask for hot water and another for drinking water, and a bowl for instant noodle.

My friend had the rod, she loved it so much she bought 2 more in case the first one broke. You do need an adapter plug for it tho.
Could you make your noodles in the morning in a flask and take that to work with you? A good flask will keep them hot for hours.I removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.1 -
Thanks for replying @YoungBlueEyes if I made the noodles in advance, they would get too soft and unpleasant to eat, I'm afraid. I also would like to make those porridge pots as well, but that wouldn't stay warm in a flask long enough. Is your friend's rod the same as the one I'd listed?0

Not that exact one cos she bought it while we were on holiday somewhere , but your link is basically the same thing.
Good point about the soggy noodles, I didn't think of that.I removed the shell from my racing snail, but now it's more sluggish than ever.1
