Hi, we are taking a pension lump sum now to put towards a house from around April this year. We are just wondering where to put it for this short period of time but still have access to it when needed for the house. Any help, much appreciated. Thank you.

A few banks are offering 5% accounts if you already bank with them. Barclays have a 5% Rainy Day Saver in which you can place £5k (each if you are a couple) with daily interest (paid monthly), and I think NatWest also have a high interest account offering similar.
