Been followed by a couple of accounts with similar names to ones running comps. They have the below in their bio:

"SELECTION OF WINNERS  Congratulations to the people I follow WIN IMMEDIATELY SEND DM HELLO MESSAGE FOR THE LAST STEP"

There is no reason why someone would set up a separate account to distribute prizes. Watch out for scammers - report and block each time.
