Unlimited data, calls, texts and new phone?

Hii my mobile is currenttly falling apart (screen held on with tape.
I am currently on an unlimited sim thats cost £16 a month. A basic camera etc would be fine but i need a decent size screen
Looking a price hopefully under £25. Android is my preferred option. Any links please?
PS i prefer unlimited as i know where my money is at each money. Thanks in advance.

Not sure on the phone but you can get unlimited calls and texts for a lot less than £16 a month, I pay 6.550
