Hi,
I am with Nat West and i want to pay 10% off my Mortgage. In doing so, my payments will be reduced but not my term. Would i be better off overpaying the 10% off in 12 monthly instalments?

If you want to pay off 10% then one lump sum is preferable as you will pay less interest in the long term.1
