Sorry I don't, but I see you are new to the site (welcome).
You might do better on the vent board - if you don't want to give details, just say you've had a really bad experience with the company (I assume this is the case?) and ask for the phone number there.
My rationale for suggesting this is that anyone else who has had a bad experience with them is likely to be looking there, rather than here
