Hi, just processed an order with Iceland through Topcashback.
Previously used Swagbucks which seems to have worked ok.
But weirdly my thankyou e-mail was off Quidco? I was sure I went through Topcashback and so checked my browsing history, I did.
Any explanation?

Perfectly valid claim after claim being declined, either by TopCashback or the retailer's agent. Usual rubbish about TC not being the last referrer, which is tosh.£47.80 declined in just the past week...Its a very broken system with seemingly dishonest retailers or their agents. If you're new. read The FAQ and Vauban's Guide

I have very mixed success with Sainsbury's tracking.
The support guys are very professional and polite, but I do end up with the same thing pasted in every reply.
Failed claim, I had one browser tab open from a restart, went to TCB, searched Sainsbury's, and did my shopping. The visit was logged but didn't track.
One successfully tracked shop, had the usual 10-15 tabs open, PC hadn't been restarted in days, went back and amended my shop a couple of times (always via TCB link to Sainsbury's) tracked a treat.
Similar results using my phone instead. Clearing cookies etc before starting makes no difference to my success rate.
Looking at trying Quidco for just Sainsbury's and if they track properly might jump ship.
Also, to rant further, Currys ! - didn't track when I bought an Xbox at Christmas, has to be on ice for three months before they'll look at the claim. If I'd known that before hand I'd definitely have looked at alternatives.1 -
I always have issued with Currys tracking!0

I've had issues with every website tracking through Topcashback in the last couple of years - I've tried everything - sometimes using a different browser works (Firefox instead of Chrome) but with nearly every purchase I've had to chase it up a few months later."A dog will sit next to you while you work. A cat will sit on the work."0

I've disputed the £40 Jet2 owe me. TC say Jet2 are refusing as:"Please understand that the network is not suggesting that you did not make this transaction via TopCashback, as we may have been part of the purchase journey, but your click through only shows you browsing and not if it resulted in a purchase. The network then identified after investigating that we were not responsible for this purchase, which is why this has been declined.
It seems that an entity linked to your purchase whilst making it which caused them to be seen as the final referral instead of us."What "entity" is this then?I did manage to get the name of the agency that operates Jet2's system so further enquiries will go there.

Quick thread resurrection.
Sainsbury's tracking on TCB is really annoying me now.
I seem to get about 50% success and of the failed 50% that I send to customer services end up with a generic not our fault check your cookies reply.
I've had successes and failures using phone and PC, clearing cookies and not clearing cookies, using Chrome and Edge, using normal and incognito, single purchases, and amended purchases.
Sorry, my question is, do you guys have any better results using Quidco?0
