How to avoid missing wins - advice please

Options
Hi all,
I am sure I have probably missed a few wins over the years due to the high volume of emails in the comping mailbox.  How do you all organise and keep track so as to avoid missing wins?

Thanks, Linz x

Can be tricky; WEMs tend to come from personal email addresses (employee of the promoter) rather than company addresses and usually have Winner or Congratulations or similar in the subject and they do tend to stand out a bit from the flood of spam. However, I've had a few emails that I've passed by then gone back to with a vague suspicion that they are a little bit odd and worth investigating. Just in case, I regularly run a search on emails looking for Congrat (in case they shorten it) and Winner and  Won, just to make sure, though that can throw up many spam results also.
However, watch out for the phishing scams like "You have won a microwave from Curry's", or "You have been chosen..." there are a lot of them about.
I check emails many times a day and mostly it is 'Delete, delete, delete, delete...."

I have set up a rule in my email in box to forward all messages containing the word "winner" or won" or "congratulations" to a folder I created called "In Winner".
I also check all emails many times a day so as to avoid a large build up.
