Well, I have lost 4.5st and have another 2 or so to go.
My tummy however has turned very soft and wobbly, so my question is how much can exercise fix my tummy? I'm conscious with another 2 stone off its going to be worse than it is now. I'm not sure if it's going to be loose skin or fat I'm dealing with probably both?
I have also had 3 cesarean's so have had muscle damage from that too.
Is plastic surgery going to be the only option? I'm not expecting a washboard stomach or anything just would rather not have rolls of skin

Unfortunately excess skin is one area of weight loss that doesn't get too much attention/publicity. It's very common, especially in people who were overweight for a long period of time.Surgery is probably the best option, but get some good (paid) advice from a professional before doing anything.0
