I can't wear in ear headphones either as they don't stay in my ears even when I'm sitting still. I have some blue tooth over the ear headphones and they're brilliant.

I've also got everything I can think of charging up and a load of washing on. Also air fried a piece of salmon to go in my stir fry later.
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)

The thing about moving is a really good one.  Both my sister & I have been advised by our hospital consultants, for completely different problems, to move regularly me at least hourly & her half hourly.  I have a nasty habit of getting my head into some reading material & 3 hours later....  I say reading material as it can be anything that actually has words.

2026's challenges: 1) To rebuild our Emergency Fund to at least £5k.
    2) To read 50 books (12/50) 3) The Re-Shrinking of Foxgloves 8.1kg/30kg
Remember....if you have to put it on a credit card, extend your overdraft or take out a loan to buy whatever it is, you probably can't afford it, as that's not your money, it's somebody else's!

Looking forward to hearing what the witchery does with the blackberries ... :)

Good idea on the anti-furball treats. I hope they work!
