in Credit cards
Hi, just tried to use my credit card online but it won't accept it for some reason.I tried at least five times, in the end i rang the shop up and asked them if they could try it but same happened again.I then rang up the card company and they said it was fine and all should work but it doesn't.Anyone got any ideas on what could be happening?

It could be a whole host of different reasons to be honest. As the credit card company said that everything was fine I presume they meant they haven't declined any transactions.
If so, then the most likely reason is that the retailers' machine or payment provider isn't processing the payments right at the moment. It could just be a temporary glitch etc so may be best to just try again later.0
