Moved to a new home October and went with Budget Energy I was going to go with Power NI but was told by the advisor the keypad was locked
advised me to ring budget to unlock it who told me that it wasn't locked at all
I've emailed and tweeted Budget Numerous times asking for a payment card and they have not sent me one ,I am a disabled customer and depend on others to top my meter up I have received an email telling me the price is going up from 1st January to 22.011 I did think the price was frozen to April can anyone advise please ?
