Winner with Royal Prestige but is this a scam?

I have just picked up an email from 09/12/2022 from Royal Prestige advising me that I have won one of their major prizes. I do remember entering due to the question asked about Jamaica's National dish, However I feel that it's a bit odd that they are asking me to have a 5 minute phone call with them. I could have entered via a Facebook feed advert but really unsure to be honest.
Has anyone had the same email or remember the competition please?

or their official social media pages, which they may have also posted the competition on? 

From a comment on their Facebook page, if it was an experience then they call you to check your details and to check dates and allergies etc. Which sounds genuine, but they also said they then didn't get an responses or experience, so just be cautious.

I'd be careful with any information you give NEVER give passwords or the code on the back of your debit card etc. Also be wary of clicking any links or phoning a number, they could phone you if they want to talk to you, to make sure it isn't charged to you.
